Fork & Hay Flower Company,  founded in 2020 by Nickolas Evert, nods to Nick’s rural upbringing, ties to Kansas, and deep roots in the land.  Nick is no stranger to open spaces, hard work, and the natural beauty that is the Kansas landscape.

He has been designing with botanicals for over 20 years, is a Certified Floral Designer (CFD®) through the American Institute of Floral Design (AIFD®), and is a member of  Independent Floral Designers Association (IFDA).   His floral designs are an everyday luxury reflecting simplicity & modernity.

Nick has arrayed his shop —sumptuous selections for the senses—with a potpourri bar,  house plants, vibrant scented candles, and last, but not least, fresh flowers!  As seasons change, his selections & offerings evolve.  Join him in redefining rural.
